The UFC-2 Family consists of the UFC-2 Flight Controller and optional 5 Fix per Second GPS, 900 MHz. Flight Modem (see accessories for Ground Modem) and 3-Axis Roll/Pitch/Yaw Sensor.  It is an affordable high performance system suitable for 4” and above airframes.

UFC-3 Flight Computer Family

 

The UFC-3 Flight Computers are a modular implementation that gives the user unequaled configurability and growth capability.  It is specifically designed to provide custom solutions to what ever application the user may have.  It offers several different Power, Telemetry, GPS and I/O Driver stackable modules that can be configured in nodes of up to eight modules (not including Power Modules) and up to nine nodes in a system.   The advanced Flight Operations Scripts support complex events that can act upon the inputs from multiple sensors.

Open System Developer’s Module (OSDM)
The latest addition to the UFC-3 Module Family is the Open System Developer’s Module, creating a truly universal system.  Designed for users who want to create their own software/hardware functions using the UFC-3 Module Family as a foundation, this module is ideal for universities, small companies and individuals with a need to develop advanced applications without having to develop an entire system by themselves.  Typical applications would be Vertical Stabilization using Inertial Sensor Module and the on-board stepper motor controllers or the Digital Flow Controller Module with cold gas jets.  The complete package is only $400 (requires UFC-3 Base Module as a minimum).  It consists of:
